In India, Rich's has established its own R&D centre at Pune as part of the company's international network. The state-of-the-art laboratory is certified by the Government of India and the Ministry of Science and Technology.

The India Product Solution Centre is responsible for developing groundbreaking products like Cooking Rich - Hot Kitchen (India's 1st dairy replacement in hot kitchen) in 2008, and Rich's Truffle Base (India's first Truffle base) in 2009.
