  • Vanilla Sponge 8” -1no
  • Sugar syrup -150gm
  • Vanilla Pod –2nos
  • Rich’s Better Crème- 350gm
  • Rich’s New Niagara Farms 100gm
  • Milk 100ml
  • Rich’s Premium Choco White 100gm


  • Whip Rich’s Better Crèmeuntil peak consistency & refrigerate for further use.
  • Cut vanilla sponge in 3 equal layers. Soak each layer with sugar syrup.
  • Scrape vanilla pod & add into the milk & boil. Pour boiling milk over Rich’s Premium Choco White & cool down the mixture completely. Fold it with whipped Rich’s New Niagara Farms.
  • Apply Rich’s New Niagara Farms mixture between sponge layers & finish with remaining mixture making dome shape cake.
  • Fill Whipped Rich’s Better crème topping in piping bag holding Russian nozzle.
  • Pipe out Russian nozzle flowers & cover entire cake with same.
  • For best result refrigerate for 2hrs before serving.
  • Cut into 8 equal pieces & serve cold.
