Vanilla Cupcake with Better crème frosting

  • Egg -10no
  • Sugar -400gm
  • Cakegel -25gm
  • Water – 90ml
  • Baking Powder- 7gm
  • Flour – 530gm
  • Oil -100gm
  • Rich’s Sweetmate 200ml
  • Rich’s Better Crème 400gm


  • Beatthe whole egg,sugar,water and cake gel in a mixing machine bowl, until light & fluffy.
  • Sieve flour & baking powder in a bowl.
  • Add flour in the egg mixture & mix properly, do not over mix.
  • Gradually add oil & fold in properly.
  • Pipe out prepared batter in a cupcake moulds & bake in the oven at 180C for 20mins.
  • Remove muffins on cooling rack, soak each cupcake with 10gm of Rich’s Sweetmate & allow cooling down completely.
  • Whip Rich’s Better crème until peak consistency & fill it in piping bag with star nozzle.
  • Make rosette on top of the cupcake.
  • Garnish with chocolate cigars & serve cold.
