Truffle Meringue Delight

  • Rich’s Truffle Base: 250 gms
  • Chocolate Compound: 20 gms
  • Breakfast Sugar: 125 gms
  • Egg white: 1
  • Icing Sugar: 150 gms
  • Corn flour: for dusting


  • Prepare Chocolate Truffle out of Rich’s Truffle Base and chocolate compound.
  • Prepare the meringue shell by whipping egg white with breakfast sugar till very frothy.
  • Fold the above mixture with icing sugar
  • Bake the shell at 100°C for 2 hrs.
  • Pipe the truffle on this shell and garnish as desired.
