STRAWBERRY SURPRISE CUPCAKE

Ingredients

  • Rich’s Nufill Strawberry Fruit Filling 200gms
  • Rich’s Whip Topping Whipped) 250gms
  • Butter 250gms
  • Sugar 250gms
  • Egg 250gms
  • Refilled Flour 250gms
  • Baking Powder 5gms
  • Vanilla Essence 5ml

Method

  • Cream the butter and sugar.
  • Add vanilla essence and eggs slowly.
  • Fold the dry ingredients.
  • Pour the mixture into cup cake mould and insert strawberry filling.
  • Bake at 160°C for 20min.
  • Cool the cup cake and top it with whipped Rich’s Whip Topping.
