STRAWBERRY PAVLOV

Ingredients

  • Rich’s Nufill Strawberry Fruit Filling 500gm
  • Egg White 300gm
  • Icing Sugar 300gm
  • Castor Sugar 300gm
  • Pastry Cream 100gm

Method

  • Whip egg white & castor sugar until firm peak consistency.
  • Fold in icing sugar.
  • Pipe disk of meringue on baking tray & bake at 40°C for 12hrs.
  • Remove & spread pastry cream over Pavlov disk.
  • Spread Rich’s Will Strawberry Fruit Filling over pastry cream and place second disk on top.
  • Garnish with fresh berries & strawberry.
  • Serve with scoop of vanilla Ice cream.
