- Rich’s Nufill Strawberry Fruit Filling 500gm
- Egg White 300gm
- Icing Sugar 300gm
- Castor Sugar 300gm
- Pastry Cream 100gm
- Whip egg white & castor sugar until firm peak consistency.
- Fold in icing sugar.
- Pipe disk of meringue on baking tray & bake at 40°C for 12hrs.
- Remove & spread pastry cream over Pavlov disk.
- Spread Rich’s Will Strawberry Fruit Filling over pastry cream and place second disk on top.
- Garnish with fresh berries & strawberry.
- Serve with scoop of vanilla Ice cream.
