STRAWBERRY MACAROONS

Ingredients

  • Rich’s Nufill Strawberry Fruit Filling 100 gms
  • Egg White 200 gms
  • Castor Sugar 180 gms
  • Almond Flow 220 gms
  • Icing Sugar 400 gms
  • Strawberry Flavour 5 ml
  • Red Colour 10 ml

Method

  • Whip the egg white and sugar till soft peak.
  • Fold the almond flour and icing sugar.
  • Add flavour and colour.
  • Pipe the mixture on a silicon mat.
  • After drying bake at 150°C for 16 — 18 min.
  • Cool the macaroons and then sandwich it with Rich’s Nufill Strawberry Fruit Filling.
