  • Icing Sugar 150 gms
  • Flour 400 gms
  • Egg 1 no.
  • INGREDIENTS FOR TART
  • Rich’s Nufill Strawberry Fruit Filling 150gms
  • Short Crust Pastry 250gms
  • Cookie Crumbs 75gms

Method

  • HOW TO MAKE SHORT CRUST PASTRY
  • Rub the butter and flour.
  • Add the icing sugar.
  • Then add the egg to make soft dough.
  • Chill the dough before using.
  • ASSEMBLY OF TART
  • Layer the tart mould with short crust pastry. Fill the layered tart mould. with Rich’s Nufill Strawberry Fruit Filling.
  • Cover the tart mould with cookie mix.
  • Bake at 160C till golden brown.
