Rose Tart with Better crème topping

  • Rich’s Better crème – 240gm
  • Baked tart dish – 8nos
  • Profiteroles -24nos
  • Fresh Rose petals – 10nos
  • Rich’s Premium Choco white – 100gm
  • For Rose Filling
  • Rich’s Rose Glaze – 20gm
  • Rich’s cremagic – 100gm
  • Rich’s Premium Choco white – 150gm
  • Rose marmalade – 30gm


  • Whip Rich’s Better crème till firm & peak consistency.
  • Melt Rich’s Premium Choco White & coat inner side of baked tart dish.
  • For Rose Filling.

  • In a medium pan boil Rich’s Cremagic with Rose marmalade & Rich’s Rose Glaze.
  • Pour boiling mixture over chopped Rich’s Premium Choco White & stir until melts completely.
  • Strain mixture through fine sieve & cool down until set.
  • Assembling
  • Take prepared baked tart dish & pipe Rose flavoured ganache
  • Fill remaining ganache in profiteroles & reserve for garnishing .
  • Fill piping bag with whipped Rich’s Better crème & pipe out rosette on top of rose ganache.
  • Keep prepared dessert in the refrigerator for 30 mins.
  • Remove & garnish with fresh Rose petals & 3 profiteroles per tart.
  • Serve cold.
