  • Par baked Tart pastry 1no
  • Rich’s Sweetmate 230gm
  • Sugar 180gm
  • Eggs 6
  • Passion fruit Puree 240gm


  • Boil Rich’s Sweetmate and passion fruit puree.
  • Add eggs into the mixture, stirring continuously & strain
  • Pour mixture into par baked Tart pastry and bake at 120 C for 20mins
  • Remove from oven & cool
  • Serve cold
