Mate Puff Buns

  • Rich’s Better Crème 500gms
  • For Choux
  • Flour 300gms
  • Sugar 5gms
  • Salt 5gms
  • Rich’s Sweet Mate 250gms
  • Water 250gms
  • Butter 200gms
  • Eggs 500gms


  • For Puff Buns
  • Boil water, Rich’s Sweetmate, butter, sugar & salt together
  • Add flour and cook for one minute
  • Put prepared mixture in the mixing boil, cool it down for 2 minutes then start mixing the eggs slowly
  • Pipe the mixture on baking tray, bake at 200C for 12mins, then reduce the temperature to 160C & further bake for another 10mins or until golden crust is formed
  • Cut puff buns in 2 parts from center
  • Whip Rich’s Better Crème until firm, pipe on the base & place top crust
  • Serve cold
