Kiwi& Cream Patisserie tart

  • Baked Tart dish – 8nos
  • Rich’s Better Crème – 500gm
  • Fresh Kiwi – 4nos
  • For Pastry Cream
  • Rich’s New Niagara Farms – 250ml
  • Sugar – 45gms
  • Egg Yolk – 2nos
  • Vanilla pod – 1no
  • Plain flour – 30gm


  • Whip Rich’s Better crème & keep in the refrigerator for further use.
  • Peel all Kiwi & cut 3 kiwi in to wedges, chop remaining kiwi reserve.
  • For Pastry Cream.
  • Take Rich’s New Niagara Farm, vanilla pod & half sugar in a heavy bottom pan.
  • In a large bowl mix together egg yolk, flour, rest of the sugar, until smooth .
  • Take some boiled Rich’s New Niagara Farms in the yolk mixture & mix well .
  • Then pour the egg yolk mixture in to the boiling Rich’s New Niagara Farms & whisk it.
  • After thickening take out from the flame & strain it.
  • Cool down the prepared pastry cream completely before storing.
  • Assembling.
  • Fold in 100gm of better crème with prepared pastry cream & pipe in the baked tart dish.
  • Sprinkle chopped kiwi in all baked tart dish & pipe daulop of remaining better crème .
  • Garnish with kiwi wedges & serve cold.
