Coco Berry Cake


  • Rich’s Nuflll Blueberry Fruit Filling 100gm
  • Rich’s Sweetmate 180gm
  • Rich’s New Niagara Farms 300gm
  • Vanilla Sponge 8 inch -1 no
  • Fresh Blackberries 20gm
  • Coconut Milk 50ml
  • Mirror Glaze 150gm
  • Edible Food Colour as Required (Purple)


  • Trim vanilla sponge & divide in 3 equal layers.
  • Soak each layer of sponge with 60gm of Rich’s Sweetmate.
  • Apply Rich’s New Niagara farms between sponge layers.
  • Spread Rich‘s Nuflll Blueberry Fruit Filling and sprinkle blackberries on top of applied whip topping.
  • Continue the above process for remaining sponge layers and finish
    cake with remaining whip topping.
  • Refrigerate for 30mins.
  • Melt mirror glaze and mix food colour in it.
  • Pour it over the cake for mirror finishing.
  • Garnish & serve.
