Chocolate Tarts

  • Rich’s Truffle Base: 500 gms
  • Icing sugar: 100 gms
  • Butter: 200 gms
  • Flour: 300 gms
  • Chocolate garnish: as desired


  • Roll the sweet paste into a thin sheet
  • Line the tart shells with the sheet.
  • Bake the tart at 170°C for 20 mins.
  • Separately take chocolate truffle in a bowl.
  • Fill the tart with melted truffle & decorate it with chocolate garnish as desired.
