- Rich’s Truffle Base: 500 gms
- Icing sugar: 100 gms
- Butter: 200 gms
- Flour: 300 gms
- Chocolate garnish: as desired
- Roll the sweet paste into a thin sheet
- Line the tart shells with the sheet.
- Bake the tart at 170°C for 20 mins.
- Separately take chocolate truffle in a bowl.
- Fill the tart with melted truffle & decorate it with chocolate garnish as desired.
