  • Chocolate Sponge 8” -1no
  • Rich’s Sweetmate -300gms
  • Rich’s Chocolate Whip Topping – 350gms
  • Chocolate Glaze 100gms


  • Whip Rich’s Chocolate Whip topping until soft peak
  • Cut Chocolate sponge in 3 equal layers. Soak 100gms of Rich’s Sweetmate in each layer
  • Apply Rich’s Chocolate Whip Topping between sponge layers & finish cake
  • Melt Chocolate glaze & pour over cake, allow glaze to set properly & refrigerate for 2hrs.
  • Garnish with chocolate & serve cold
