Chocolate Lava Cake
Choco lava cake

- Rich’s Truffle Base: 200 gms
- Dark Chocolate: 200 gms
- Butter: 25 gms
- Eggs: 7
- Refined flour: 125 gms
- Sugar: 100 gms
- Butter & Caster Sugar: for greasing
- Melt the dark chocolate, butter & Rich’s Truffle Base together in the microwave.
- Whip the whole egg & sugar till the sugar dissolves completely.
- Mix the above two mixtures with flour.
- Bake in pre-heated oven at 200°C for 10 mins.
- De-mould the pudding once baked by giving the rest for a minute.
- Serve with ice-cream or vanilla sauce.
