BLUEBERRY POUND CAKE
Blueberry Pound Cake
- Rich’s Nufill Blueberry Fruit Filling 200gm
- Rich’s Cook Right 100gm
- Butter 250gm
- Sugar 250gm
- Egg 255gm
- Flour 250gm
- Baking powder 5gm
- Oil 50ml
- Vanilla Essence 5ml
- Cream the butter and sugar, until light and fluffy
- Add vanilla essence and Pass slowly.
- Add Rich’s Cook Right and mix.
- Pour the mixture into a mould and top it with Rich’s Nufill Blueberry Fruit Filling. Bake at 160C for 45mins
- Remove from the oven and top it with Rich’s Nufill Blueberry Fruit Filling.
