Blueberry Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • Rich’s Nufill Blueberry Fruit Filling 200gm
  • Rich’s Cook Right 100gm
  • Butter 250gm
  • Sugar 250gm
  • Egg 255gm
  • Refined
  • Flour 250gm
  • Baking powder 5gm
  • Oil 50ml
  • Vanilla Essence 5ml

Method

  • Cream the butter and sugar, until light and fluffy
  • Add vanilla essence and Pass slowly.
  • Add Rich’s Cook Right and mix.
  • Pour the mixture into a mould and top it with Rich’s Nufill Blueberry Fruit Filling. Bake at 160C for 45mins
  • Remove from the oven and top it with Rich’s Nufill Blueberry Fruit Filling.
