BLUEBERRY LINZER TART

Ingredients

  • FOR DOUGH
  • Butter 100gm
  • Almond Powder 100gm
  • Flour 200gm
  • Cookie Crumbs 100gm
  • Egg 1 no.
  • Cinnamon 5gm
  • Lemon Zest 2gm
  • Icing Sugar 100gm
  • FOR PIPING
  • Butter 50gm
  • Almond Powder 75gm
  • Flour 150gm
  • Egg White 3nos
  • Sugar 50gm
  • Lemon Zest 1gm
  • FOR FILLING
  • Rich’s Nufill Blueberry Fruit Filling 500gm

Method

  • FOR DOUGH:
  • Cream butter & sugar until light 8. fluffy.
  • Add flour, almond powder & cookie crumb mix.
  • Add lemon zest & cinnamon powder.
  • Add eggs to the dough, mix properly a refrigerate it.
  • Line a flan ring with the dough.
  • Pour Rich’s Nufill Blueberry Fruit Filling in the mould.
  • FOR PIPING:
  • Mix all ingredients together. until piping consistency.
  • Pipe on top of Rich’s Nufill Blueberry Fruit Filling.
  • Bake at 180 C for 45mins.
  • Serve warm.
