BLUEBERRY LEMON TART

Ingredients

  • Rich’s Nufill Blueberry Fruit Filling 200gm
  • Rich‘s Cooking Rich 200ml
  • Eggs 9 no.
  • Lemons 7 no.
  • Sugar 400gm
  • Sweet Paste 200gm

Method

  • Line a pie mould with sweet paste & blind bake at 180’C for 15 mins.
  • Remove it from the oven 8: let it cool.
  • Make Lemon custard mix with eggs, Rich’s Cooking Rich, lemon juice and sugar.
  • Pour lemon custard in pastry shell & add Rich’s Nufill Blueberry Fruit Filling
  • Pour lemon custard in pastry shell & add Rich’s Nufill Blueberry Fruit
    Filling.
  • Bake at 160’C for 25 mins..
  • Remove from the oven & allow it to cool completely.
  • Garnish with lemon zest & fresh blueberry.
  • Serve warm.
