BLUEBERRY HOT PIE

Ingredients

  • Rich’s Nuflfl Blueberry Fruit Filling 400gm
  • Rich’s Sweetmate 100gm
  • Short Crust Pastry Dough 250gm
  • Butter 20gm
  • Sponge Crumbs 50gm

Method

  • Line a foil dish of 150gm with short pastry.
  • Mix Rich’s Nufil’l Blueberry Fruit Filling, Rich’s Sweetmate and
    melted butter.
  • In the short pastry sheIl put some sponge crumbs on the base and
    then the blueberry mixture.
  • Seal the top with short pastry and bake it in a preheated oven at
    170’C for 20-25 min.
  • Serve warm.
