Blueberry Cheese Cake


  • Rich’s Nufill Blueberry Fruit Filling 250gm
  • Cream Cheese 200gm
  • Rich’s New Niagara Farms 400gm
  • Gelatin Leaf 10gm
  • Water 50ml
  • Cookie Crumbs 150gm
  • Butter 50gm
  • Edible Food Colour as Required (Purple)


  • Melt butter and mix it with cookie crumbs.
  • Line the cheese cake mould with cookie mix.
  • Soak the gelatin leaf and melt it in microwave.
  • Soften the cream cheese in bowl and add whipped Rich’s New
    Niagara Farms.
  • Fold in the melted gelatin.
  • Deep freeze it until completely set.
  • Top it with Rich’s Nufill Blueberry Fruit Filling..
  • Serve cold.
