BLUEBERRY BAKED YOGURT SLICE

Ingredients

  • Rich’s Nufill Blueberry Fruit Filling 400gm
  • Rich’s New Niagara Farms 200gm
  • Hung Curd 200gm
  • Chocolate Sponge Sheet 2nos
  • Rich’s Cook Right 200gm
  • Rich’s Sweetmate 200gm

Method

  • Mix 200gm of Rich’s Nufill Blueberry Fruit Filling with hung curd & Rich’s Cook Right.
  • Pour prepared mixture in baking dish.
  • Bake with water bath at 140 C for 8mins or until set.
  • Remove & allow it to cool.
  • Whip Rich‘s New Niagara Farms until soft peaks form.
  • Fold in baked blueberry yoghurt.
  • Take chocolate sponge sheet 8: soak it with Rich’s Sweetmate.
  • Apply baked blueberry yoghurt filling & place 2 chocolate sponge sheet & continue the above process.
  • Spread remaining Rich’s Nufill Blueberry Fruit Filling on top & serve cold.
