Blueberry Baked Cheese Cake


  • Rich’s NufiII Blueberry Fruit Filling 300gm
  • Hung Curd 170gm
  • Vanilla Essence 5ml
  • Sugar 445gm
  • Cookie Crumbs 625gm
  • Corn Flour 55gm
  • 4 Eggs


  • Prepare cookie base with butter and cookie crumb.
  • Mix Cream cheese, sugar & eggs, until sugar dissolves completely.
  • Add remaining ingredients slowly and then pour the batter in
    prepared cookie base.
  • Take 100gm of Rich’s Nufill Blueberry Fruit Filling & mix it in
    cheese cake batter, making swirls.
  • Bake with water bath at 150 C for 40mins or until golden colour on top.
  • Remove from oven & top with 100gm of Rich’s Nuflll Blueberry Fruit Filling.
