Blueberry Baked Cheese Cake
- Rich’s NufiII Blueberry Fruit Filling 300gm
- Hung Curd 170gm
- Vanilla Essence 5ml
- Sugar 445gm
- Cookie Crumbs 625gm
- Corn Flour 55gm
- 4 Eggs
- Prepare cookie base with butter and cookie crumb.
- Mix Cream cheese, sugar & eggs, until sugar dissolves completely.
- Add remaining ingredients slowly and then pour the batter in
prepared cookie base.
- Take 100gm of Rich’s Nuﬁll Blueberry Fruit Filling & mix it in
cheese cake batter, making swirls.
- Bake with water bath at 150 C for 40mins or until golden colour on top.
- Remove from oven & top with 100gm of Rich’s Nuﬂll Blueberry Fruit Filling.
