- Rich’s Sweetmate 300gms
- De-seeded cherries – 150gms
- Rich’s Whip Topping Gold – 350gms
- Rich’s Premium Choco dark 100gms
- Whip Rich’s Whip topping Gold until soft peak is formed. Remove flakes of Rich’s Premium Choco dark & keep whip topping & chocolate flakes in refrigerator for further use
- Cut chocolate sponge in 3 equal layers. Soak 100gms of Rich’s sweetmate in each layer of sponge
- Take 150gms Rich’s Whip Topping Gold & mix chopped cherries
- Apply whip topping between sponge layers & finish cake with remaining whip topping
- Cover entire cake with chocolate flakes & garnish with cherries.
- Cut into 8 equal pieces & serve cold.
