Black Forest Tart

  • Baked Chocolate tart – 2nos
  • Fresh Cherries 240gm
  • Rich’s Better Crème 400gm
  • Rich’s Premium Choco Dark 100gm
  • Chocolate Sponge fingers 80gm
  • Sugar syrup 100ml
  • Dark rum 40ml


  • Whip Rich’s Better Crème until firm or peak consistency.
  • Melt Rich’s Premium Choco dark & make chocolate cigars for garnishing.
  • Take left over choco, melt again & apply inside the tart.
  • Deseed fresh Cherries & reserve. Mix sugar syrup with rum.
  • Soak Chocolate sponge fingers in the prepared sugar syrup & place inside the tart.
  • Fill piping bag with whipped Rich’s Better crème & pipe out in baked tart over chocolate sponge.
  • Place cherries & chocolate cigars on top.
  • Dust icing sugar on top & serve cold
