BAKED STRAWBERRY RIPPLE CHEESE CAKE

Ingredients

  • Rich’s Nufill Strawberry Fruit Filling 100 gms
  • Cream Cheese 300 gms
  • lcing Sugar 100 gms
  • Eggs 3 no.
  • Hung Curd 50 gms
  • Rich’s Cremagic 100 gms
  • Corn Flour 50 gms
  • Cookie Crumbs 200 gms
  • Butter 75 gms

Method

  • Mix the cream cheese and icing sugar.
  • Acid the eggs.
  • Fold the corn flour, curd and Rich’s Cremagic.
  • Mix the melted butter and cookie crumbs and line the cheese cake mould.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture.
  • Fold the Rich’s Nufill Strawberry Fruit Filling to give marble finish,
  • Bake it in double boiler at 150C For 45-50 min.
