As an Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Rich Graviss Products Pvt Ltd, Pankaj Chaturvedi is responsible for the company's overall strategic direction and leading the India Steering Team. His business acumen and vision for the future is the driving energy for the continual growth of Rich Graviss Products Pvt Ltd.
Kiran Hazari General Manager - Sales & Culinary
Kiran Hazari is heading the Sales & Culinary functions and is responsible for sales strategies and culinary support. Through his strong leadership and clear direction, Kiran Hazari has been the motivating factor for the overall sales & culinary functions.
Ashutosh Goel General Manager - Marketing
Ashutosh Goel is heading the marketing function and is responsible for New Product Development, Marketing strategies, Public Relations and customer support. Ashutosh Goel has been associated with Graviss Group for over 14 years with stints as marketing head for Baskin Robbins (India) and Kwality Ice cream (Sharjah).
Sumesh Gandhi General Manager - Finance & Accounts
As a General Manager - Finance & Accounts, Sumesh Gandhi is heading the Finance, Accounts, Information Technology and Import & Export functions of the company. He is responsible for Business planning and is a key associate in devising strategies for the new non-dairy facility.
Ajay Deshpande Plant Head
Ajay Deshpande is heading the plant operations in Pune. He is also responsible for the commencement of the new non-dairy plant of Rich's. Prior to joining Rich's, Ajay Deshpande was heading the plant operations at Dinshaw's Ice cream.
Mahesh Dhabale Senior Manager - Quality Assurance
Mahesh Dhabale is responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards, process control & plant audit. He also ensures that all the activities are complied as per food laws and other government and statutory liaisons. Mahesh had earlier worked with Nestle India for 13 years in Quality Assurance.
Shweta Gambhir Senior Manager - Human Resources
Shweta heads the Human Resources function in India. Her prime responsibility is to implement group and regional HR policies and systems in compliance to government legislation in India as well as in line with industry norms. She leads and supervises all aspects of recruitment, compensation and associate engagement.
Pankaj Jain Corporate Chef
Pankaj is responsible to lead the development of culinary expertise and skills in the company, add value to product development and maximize the potential of product sales by bringing greater understanding of applications, potential and attributes.
