• Site Fabrication : This includes proper building design and maintenance of exterior and perimeter of the site. This also includes internal walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows, ventilations and drains as per desired food industry specifications. Glass policy and air conditioning are part of site fabrication.
• Plant & Machineries : All the equipment are maintained to its optimum operating conditions. Pipe works, Sieves & Filters to be provided appropriately. Utilities like water, electricity, steam, etc. are provided of highest quality.
• Pest Control : Site is maintained free of animals, proper systematic pest control program implemented. Inspection, Verification and records on pest control. Electronic Fly Killers, Rodent control are maintained.
• Personal Hygiene : This program includes hygiene education and training, protective clothing, prevention of personal belongings and jewellery, hand washing, first aid facilities and Visitors protocol. Regular checks and records are maintained.
• Site Hygiene : This includes Factory Hygiene, CIP cleaning program, maintaining rest rooms, Recreation rooms. Handling of scrap material, chemicals, etc. Standard SOP are followed on daily basis.
• Raw Material Handling : Raw Material receiving starts from Vehicle inspection, sampling, evaluation and acceptance. All the raw material are properly stacked at desired temperature and locations, protected from pilferage and damage.
• Process Control : All Processes are standardized and followed as per product requirement. Controls are installed for temperatures and pressures at all levels of manufacturing process.
• Product Coding And Labeling Requirements : Each product and raw material are properly labeled for its lot numbers, ingredient listing and all other required legal coding as per National & International laws.
• Product Recall : Product Recall Management is established with the authorities for decision making, contacts and communication, product dispensation, verification, etc.
