The high solid content makes it ideal to impart dark colors and support robust cake decorations. With the patented freeze-flow technology, this product does not harden upon freezing making it apt for ice-cream cakes or frozen applications.

  • Arrives frozen. Store at -18°C or below.

  • Thaw under refrigeration (+2°C and +7°C) for 24-36 hours before use.Pour Rich's® Bettercreme™ into a clean, dry mixing bowl.Do not add water.

  • For best results, whip at 7°C - 10°C.Whip at medium speed for 6 to 10 minutes (product will have a soft peak appearance).

  • Do not over-whip, if you do, add more Rich's® Bettercreme™ and re-whip until product returns to the recommended soft peak appearance.

  • Unused and unopened packages should be stored frozen.

  • Never refreeze the product once opened.
