 POSITION TITLE:

 Sales Manager

 REPORTS TO:  Regional Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities :
  • To generate sales & produce revenue by developing new markets / sales opportunities.
  • To maintain relationship between wholesaler & distributors.
  • To promote & launch new products to the market.
  • Get information from the customer, and also pass on new information to our customer.
  • To visit key customer, and represent the promotion, delivery of the giveaways and handle complaints
  • To prepare market visit and consumption reports on a timely manner.
  • To assist in the preparation and coordination of technical training and product demonstrations.
  • To assist in the preparation and coordination of seminar and product demonstrations
  • Making sales forecasting and manage inventory at local level.
  • Organization development and alignment through management and training of sales team.
  • Provide solid positive leadership of Sales team with clear direction, motivation to achieve sale targets and there by produce revenue.
Desire Candidate Profile :
  • Bachelor degree in any subjects. A Diploma / Masters in Sales/marketing is preferred.
  • Minimum 6-8 year out-door sales experience, food industry shall be preferable.
  • Basic knowledge of distribution channel.
  • Good communication skill, outgoing, independent and willing to travel..
