 POSITION TITLE:

 Culinary Service Executive

 REPORTS TO:  Senior Culinary Executive / Regional Culinary Manager
Key Responsibilities  
  • To provide technical service to the potential / existing end users.
  • To scout out new markets opportunities for company’s products.
  • To give technical advice to Customers on all aspects of non-dairy products.
  • To call on customer on a regular basis as required by Sales Executive / Regional Manger.
  • To give technical advice to Customers on all aspects of non-dairy products To be seen within the industry as the experts in Non Dairy
  • To provide update information on development of cake/bakery industry in India via the reports.
  • To understand customer requirements and give guidance on proper use of all RKPL products.
  • To conduct product demonstration, cake decoration and to provide new recipes, and follow through/training on technical issues.
  • To trouble-shoot customer technical problems and to assist the customer to grow his business.
  • To assist the Technical Manager in creating new recipe ideas and development of new non-dairy application.
  • To prepare market visit and consumption reports and submit in a timely manner.
  • To assist in the preparation and coordination of seminar, mini seminar and product demonstrations and trade shows
   

Desire Candidate Profile :

 
  • Degree/Diploma in Catering technology/Hotel Management.
  • 1-2 years baking/pastry experience is preferred.
  • Technical knowledge and hands-on experience in pastry/cake making and decorating.
  • Basic knowledge of distribution channel.
  • Good communication and presentation skill, outgoing, independent and willing to travel.
