Handling

• Storage : Arrives frozen Stores at -18°C or below.  For best results, thaw in refrigerator for24-36 hrs.  before use,  Keep between 7°C to 10°C before using Never refreeze product.

Prepartion:

• Shake container well before use.
• Pour the required quantity in the bowl and use it directly for garnishing soups, or preparation of gravies or making truffles.
• Always refrigerate unused product.
• Not for whipping

Shelf Life:

• Unopened: one year frozen. Thawed and unopened: tow weeks refrigerated.  Open and unwhipped: 5 Days refrigerated.
