Handling:

  • Arrives Frozen.
  • Store in Freezers at -18 Deg C or below.
  • Thaw under refrigeration (+2 to +7Deg C) for 24 to 36 hrs. before use.
  • Never re-freeze un-whipped product. Keep un-whipped product refrigerated when not in use.

                    
Preparation:

  • Shake the container before opening.
  • Pour into chilled Bowl, quantity not exceeding 20% of the Bowl capacity.
  • Whip at high speed until liquid becomes viscous (Max 3 min)Whip at medium speed until soft peaks are formed.
  • Ideal temp of Whipping +7 to + 10 Deg C.

Shelf Life:

  • Best before 12 months from Manufacture when stored at -18 Deg C or below.
  • Thawed unopened Product can be stored in refrigerators (+2 to +7 Deg C) for 7 days.
