Handling Instructions:

  • Arrives frozen and store in freezer at -18°C or below.
  • Thaw under refrigeration at (+2°C to +7°C) for 24-36 hours before use.
  • Follow usage instructions exactly as given on the side of the pack. .
  • The truffle needs to be rested 12 hrs at below 25°C to set.
  • Truffle prepared can be heated to maximum of 45°C for application purposes.
  • Unused product must be refrigerated and can be frozen.
